The current owners of the Cottage Charm Premier Events facility have decided to close. Any past or outstanding matters should be directed to Michael Overturf and Stephanie Lubbe, owners of Cottage Charm Premier Events. Negotiations are still occurring with a variety of possible tenants. We would also consider selling the property. Please call 281-732-7027 for more information. Until sold or leased we are going to allow basic facility rentals. We have aligned ourselves with event planners, caterers and various other vendors that should be able to meet your needs.
